Nepal is undoubtedly one of the world’s most fascinating travel destinations. Our carefully planned 13-night journey incorporates Nepal’s stunning scenery, peaceful villages and lets you discover friendly and hospitable local people, while furthering your yoga practice. Bring your own group of yoga students and practitioners and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime journey!

About our yoga journeys

Your Yoga Journey begins in Kathmandu, Nepal. Stay in comfortable boutique accommodation while you settle in to the rhythms of Nepali life. Visit some of the most atmospheric and holiest sites in Kathmandu, such as the ancient stupas at Bouddhanath and Swayambhunath.

Fly to Pokhara, stop for a short break and then begin your trek in the Annapurna Himalayas. The four-night trek takes you through rhododendron forests and farming villages to the lookout at Poon Hill, which offers stunning views of Annapurna, and other surrounding peaks.

After your trek, unwind at a family-run eco-lodge in the hills, with 360-degree panoramic views of the mountains and beautiful yoga spaces. End your time in Western Nepal with two luxurious nights at a resort in Lakeside Pokhara—swim in the pool, have a massage, and explore the shops and attractions around Phewa Lake.

During your stay, time off is incorporated into the programme for you to explore and take in the stunning views and surroundings. There are plenty of opportunities for keen photographers, bird watching, hiking and of course—yoga.

sample itinerary


Arrive Kathmandu:  Transfer to your hotel and relax.
Overnight: Kathmandu


Kathmandu: Free sightseeing time in Kathmandu. Recommended destinations include the ancient stupas at Bouddanath and Swayambhunath.
Overnight: Kathmandu.  


Begin trek: Fly to Pokhara, and begin your trek in the Annapurna Himalaya at Birethanthi.
Overnight:  Birethanthi
Altitude: 1,065 m.


Trek Day 2: Climb above the Bhurungdi River, passing through the attractive villages of Hille and Tikedungha. A stone staircase leads to Ulleri at 2,070m. We continue to the smaller settlement of Banthanthi at 2,250m. for our overnight stay. After lunch, join your yoga teacher for some stretching. 
Walking time: 5 hours
Overnight: Banthanthi
Altitude: 2,250 m


Trek Day 3: Walk uphill through ancient forests and mountain streams to the delightful village of Ghorepani. Explore the village in the afternoon, which has some interesting souvenir shops and a bakery cafe. 
Walking time: 5 hours
Overnight: Ghorepani
Altitude: 2,775 m


Trek Day 4: Climb Poon Hill for the sunrise over the Annapurnas before returning for breakfast at our lodge. We continue along a ridge offering spectacular views, finishing our day's trek at Tadapani. 
Walking time: 5 hours
Overnight: Tadapani
Altitude: 2,540 m.

Optional extra night on the trek, to continue on to Dobato, best suited to fit travellers.


Trek Day 5: Astam Village: Watch the sunrise over the Annapurnas from Tadapani before descending towards the Gurung village of Ghandruk. Finish your trek by returning toward Astam Village by road, part of the way back to Pokhara. A final one-hour uphill walk leads you to your hilltop retreat for the next three nights. Relax and rejuvenate at a family-run eco-lodge with spectacular views.
Walking time: 3 hours
Overnight: Annapurna Eco Village


Astam: Yoga and village activities at the lodge, including village walks, wildlife spotting, and learning about organic farming.
Overnight: Annapurna Eco Village


Astam: More time to relax and enjoy the activities at the lodge.
Overnight: Astam village

Day 10

Pokhara: Pokhara by road. Check into your resort hotel and relax by the pool. 
Overnight: Temple Tree Lodge, Pokhara.

DAY 11

Pokhara: Free time to explore Pokhara, relax and practice yoga. 
Overnight: Pokhara

DAY 12

Kathmandu: Fly back to Kathmandu and relax at the hotel. Final shopping and sightseeing. 
Overnight: Kathmandu
