About our Nepal yoga journeys
Your Yoga Journey begins in Kathmandu, Nepal. Stay in comfortable boutique accommodation while you settle in to the rhythms of Nepali life. Explore some of the most atmospheric and holiest sites in Kathmandu, such as the ancient stupas at Bouddhanath and Swayambhunath, and the Patan Durbar Square.
Fly to Pokhara and relax at a luxurious resort and spa, giving you time to prepare for your trek. The three-night, fully supported trek takes you through rhododendron forests and farming villages to the lookout at Poon Hill, which offers stunning views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and surrounding peaks.
After your trek, unwind at a charming family-run eco-lodge with 360-degree panoramic views of the mountains and stunning yoga studio. End your time in Western Nepal with a luxurious night back at the resort in Lakeside Pokhara—swim in the pool, have a massage, and explore the shops and attractions around Phewa Lake. Finally, return to exciting Kathmandu for one more night before your departure to home.
During your stay, time off is incorporated into the programme for you to explore and take in the stunning views and surroundings. There are plenty of opportunities for keen photographers, bird watching, hiking and of course—yoga.
