Morning: Your day typically begins between 6:00 and 7:00 AM. The crisp mountain air and the promise of new vistas make early mornings invigorating.
Breakfast: Served between 7:00 and 8:00 AM at your teahouse, breakfast is hearty to fuel the day's trek. Common options include:
Porridge or oats
Toast with eggs, jam, or honey
Pancakes or chapati
Boiled or scrambled eggs
Tea or coffee
These meals provide the necessary energy for the trekking ahead.
Trekking: Morning Session
Start Time: Around 8:00 AM, you set out on the trail.
Duration: Morning treks usually last 3 to 4 hours, covering diverse terrains—from lush forests to rocky paths.
Pace: The mantra is "slow and steady," especially as as you ascend to higher altitudes.
Midday: Lunch Break
Timing: Between 12:00 and 1:00 PM, you'll stop at a teahouse for lunch.
Menu: Meals are designed to replenish energy:
Dal Bhat (lentil soup with rice)
Noodles or pasta
Fried rice or potatoes
Vegetable curries
Momos (steamed dumplings
These dishes are both nutritious and comforting, aiding in recovery and preparation for the afternoon trek.

Arrival: By 3:00 to 5:00 PM, you reach your next teahouse.
Activities: After checking in:
